With our new PX DF6 loaded enclsoure we follow up with a very requested version of our even very popular PX US65 enclosures but this time in a DownFire Version.
Upgraded with 4 additional mounting feet, these are now ready for real all conceivable applications, from the classic trunk or spare tire well to under the bed in a boat, mobile home or even at home.
The size of a briefcase with side bass reflex ventilation, these flexible enclosure subwoofers are becoming increasingly popular, especially due to their unexpected performance, which makes even much larger competitors pale in comparison.
Not without reason, because here in particular EXCURSION has upped the ante and brought out the big power guns with a real 6.5" power driver with high-quality Nomex centering and 2" coil, and has also internally braced the high-output enclosure, which is therefore almost resonance-free. With the charm of a bass tank and the stable subwoofer grills, the PX DF6 are uncompromisingly protected for all applications. They can even meet the well-known robustness from PA stage construction if necessary.
But EXCURSION is known for offering coherent concepts and practical solutions with its products. During the design process, care was taken to ensure that all PX DF6 housings have a mounting option for an EXCURSION PXA amplifier on the terminal side. Similar to an active enclosure, this "building block" amplifier can be retrofitted to the PX DF65 housing at any time.
