Our popular EXCURSION STREET tweeter, in the 3rd generation of its evolution, continues to put our so-called "competitors" at a distance.
As before and equipped with a natural silk soft dome, the sound is still naturally balanced and highly detailed... but with a completely redesigned dome with an even deeper coupling which further solidifies the stage image in the vehicle and allows depth, thus reaching a new level.
The focus of development naturally remained on not wasting the tweeter's potential through inadequate accessories. Starting with the selection of optimal plug connections, through high-quality OFC speaker cables, to the smallest possible but generously coated copper circuit boards, no corners were cut and no expense was spared when equipping the MKP Audio capacitors. These passive filters, which have been carefully designed for professional installation, enable an almost perfect solution with optional level reduction and a flexible choice of polarity, but without all the pointless accessories that not only put a strain on your wallet but also on the sound.
We've also worked on the design. Experienced installers will be pleased with the more manageable and flexible installation dimensions of the GEN3 facelift.
The EXCURSION STREET tweeter thus stands on the shoulders of its bigger brothers and wants to emphasize its origins once again.
